Hidden in a back alley not far from the cathedral, the restaurant in this hotel was expensive but each of its offerings was superb. We had a Gilda (small but intense) and croquettas to start, followed by a perfectly cooked &agrave; punto Waygu sirloin with roasted potatoes and padr&ograve;n peppers and a braised beef cheek in a red wine gravy hinting of adobo. Our Ram&ograve;n Bilbao Tempranillo was a perfect foil. Sadly, there was no one else in the dining room though our waiter (the person managing the bar in the lobby) worked hard to make us feel welcome.

We had a very nice lunch with a variety of dishes. The staff was very friendly. Kids wanted pasta adults had paella and bacalao.  All good!

The tired and hot shopping is really unintentionally found treasure. I ordered two sets. The unexpectedly exquisite and delicious local famous sangria wine. The wine flavor and fruit flavor blend together with the taste of the wine. It will not make people too drunk. Italian truffle risotto rice. I can say it is really delicious. Although it is a bit salty, I have finished eating the urgent main course, the tuna fish and lamb chops are very tender, delicious, and delicious. Although there is no five-star environment, the dishes are super five-star and the service attitude is very good.

The service was excellent and the pear salad perfect mix of flavors.   the steak was so delicious.  Best food we had in Toledo.

We had a mixed experience, wagyu steak was amazing- beautifully cooked and presented, cod dish disappointing and not good value.

We were staying at the hotel. Roberto appeared to be the only member of staff on duty front of house In restaurant and bar. He was extremely attentive and helpful offering a level of service to be commended. We ordered the wagyu steaks. They were excellent. Local wine was good.
